Group and Personal Training

Exercise performed in this program will aid in injury prevention, improve posture, and promote healthy wellbeing. Moderate physical activity will form the main components of these exercise sessions, which may include core strength, cardiovascular and resistance exercises. If you’re after a lighter exercise regime see our ‘Stretch Into Action’ program.The aim of the training is to provide motivation for regular physical activity, reduce the potential for injuries by conditioning using specific exercises.

You can choose 30minute, 45minute, or 60minute sessions. All of which are run at or near your premises. We have packaged deals when 12 or more sessions are booked to save you money. Sessions can be run between 1 and 3 times per week (per group).


Groups are limited to 18 people to allow the trainer to ensure correct technique is always adopted.


Our professional instructors conduct individual health assessments prior to the program commencement and are qualified. Degree Applied Science (Human Movement), Certified Personal Trainer, Certificate IV in OH&S
